House Call
Who: Abbie OT anyone at the OSI-I safehouse
Where: OSI-I safehouse, UCSD campus
When: early Thursday night
From the sidewalk, it appeared to be any other house on Frat Row, as it should. The messenger bag slung over his shoulder made Abbie look like any other college student, bland and not worth a second look. The other houses up and down the street were dark and quiet, but the night was still young and there weren't many other people out yet.
He'd memorized the address, but he couldn't help double-checking it against the scrap of paper in his hand. He had hoped this would be more occupied, but he'd also been made aware that some personnel had relocated, for various reasons. He'd been assigned here in order to provide additional firepower, after all.
He walked up to the front door and knocked, firmly.
