Larry walked in, feeling a little out of place as he recognized some people from school - including Michael Czajak the goth kid he'd picked on in elementary school for quite some time. It'd been funny at the time, but now it was less so.
Michael raised an eyebrow, but he did recall Anna mentioning something about Larry wanting to help out... he wasn't exactly fond of him personally, but he'd reserve judgment for now.
MJ waved Larry over to have a seat, since he was pretty certain that Larry didn't really know anyone other than Anna. He figured he could answer a few questions, at least- maybe even convince him to get food so he wouldn't have to get up.
MJ really wanted one of the nice lazy days that he had over the summer.
"We're trying to figure out a way to get rid of an evil law firm." MJ said "They've been sending demons after us, they tried to hurt Anna, and we're just sick of it. So, welcome to the team."
"Thanks," Larry said. "I don't think some people are too happy about me being here..."
He glanced around the room a bit sullenly. "But yeah, what can you do? I guess I have to prove myself, like when I was a rookie on the football team. It happens."
"You came to the meeting." said MJ "So, that's the right thing. You keep doing the right thing, kill a few demons, that should be enough. Anyway, we have cookies and food, so don't worry about those people right now."
"Uh... hey," he said, looking edgy.

"So, uh... what's this all about anyhow? This big meeting."
