A group of female vampire bikers has been spotted in the vicinity of Willy's recently. Preliminary analysis indicates that they are likely members of the Bloodthorns, a vampire gang in the southern states that enjoys catching prey while riding using a series of hooked and spiked chains. OSI-Southern would like one of these gang members detained if possible; however, lethal force is authorized as the situation warrants.
Possible political hazard on the horizon: ward of the Mayor, Ashton Kowalski, is suspected of succumbing to Black-Arts Corruption. Due to the particularly politically sensitive nature of this problem, all units responding to this are urged to maintain a low profile and to avoid direct confrontations until further information has been gathered. Research-Holding department is advised to prepare a anti-sorcelled containment facility as soon as possible in the likely event of forced containment.
Initiative teams are to be advised that Wolfram and Hart is operating a branch office within the Sunnydale jurisdictional area; while this is unlikely to interfere with most day-to-day activities, this does have an impact on large-scale efforts.
