Recent Drabbles
I've written several drabbles for writercon100 in various fandoms. Each drabble earned money for the WriterCon scholarship fund!
I wrote in a few different fandoms so will do a post for each. Nope this has nothing to do with organizing myself for the Remix. Not at all.

Title: Changes on Kings Road

A/N: How do I love Ethan & Ripper? Almost as much as I love London!
It wasn't the Swinging London of Flower Power and mini-skirts. Kings Road had a new grit, a visceral beat pumping fast and furious like an out of control drummer, and Ethan applauded the energy as he distained the torn fashion.
He watched the infestation of former goody-two-shoes seeking their dark side. Public School uniforms shed for spiked hair and leather coats. Morning Prayers switched to demon summoning. The energy was a magnet, attracting those trying to find trouble. Instead they found him.
And out of the messes of wanna-bes, of those merely flirting with being bad, he had found Ripper.

He wasn't a Watcher, nor would he be. That was his father's fate. He was taking a more DYI approach to his life, starting with a new name, Ripper.
It might only be a few tube stops, but Kings Road was miles away from The Council's stuffy London. Here there were no rules, no restrictions, no itchy tweed.
As he savoured his freedom, Ripper scanned the darken pub. He squashed the small voice wondering what dirt the dark hid. He spotted a lean form and a raised eyebrow approaching him. "So," the stranger purred, "are you here to get dirty?"
