i'm moving. in 2.5 months.
so i just had lunch with Ang. we talked about things, got caught up, and most importantly decided that i'm moving into her house for Nov. 1st.
she has a spare room in a house that she owns. a huge driveway. a backyard. a grill. a washer and a dryer. and all the "luxuries" i'd kill to have after living in a tiny studio in a brick apartment building along Comm. Ave. in Boston. yes, i won't be living in the city anymore, but my commute would be an hour, which right now on the B-line, it already is! and the best part of all is that she only wants $450/month for everything (rent, utilities, etc.)!!!!!! do you have any idea how much money i will be saving every month! basically all of my debt will be gone by Sep 2009 and i could probably afford to buy a new car. that's how much!!!!!! right now my rent alone is over $1000/month. then i pay another $300/month on electricity and cable alone!!!!! $1600 every month goes to basic bills just to LIVE in my apartment. that only leaves with with about $400 every month to pay for everything else. insane.
so yeah. i'm moving. to marlborough. ang is thrilled to have the extra money and i'm THRILLED to be saving so much money!!!!!
now i just need to figure out a gym situation.
