As I pulled into the hotel I had made reservations at, I gave it a glance over.

The hotel had the new look. Very nice, about eleven stories.

I put my bags on the luggage cart and wheeled myself indoors after parking my car.
I felt out of place. The new building was nothing like the old Sunnydale. It was forgein. I felt like Sunnydale was trying to cover up its heritage with a new and improved city. The whole scene was odd. But then again, I do live in San Fransisco and tall buildings are my thing.
I don't know. This was....is....Sunnydale. The little town that sat on a Hellmouth, like a hen waiting for its egg to blow, er, hatch.

I reached the counter. I graciously accepted my room key and I headed for the elevator.

"Long day, " I muttered, " Very long day."
