Friday was a day, indeed. I was in the paper, because I went to that board debate question thing. That was crazy. Mrs. Cotugno made me take Alex's and my prom "favors" at school, a clock with a place for a picture. A cheaply made piece of junk, indeed. Made in China.
After school I had to drop Cicco off at his home. As we drove he looked at the clock. He noted that the clock was made in China, a communist country.
"I will throw the communist clock out the window," he said. He did not.
Mr. Nelson wasn't in at school, so I brought him his mail from his mailbox. He found the fact that the portrait won to be fairly humorous. I then dropped off Alex's clock at her home, and went back to mine.
I had a horrible headache, so I took six Ibuprofen. It still hurt, Alex made me take a nap.
At around six thirty o'clock I went to the school for the seven o'clock rehearsal, and was surprised to find Mr. Nelson there. He is never early.
Despite our best efforts, neither myself, nor Mr. Shultis were able to get the sky light open. It was very hot, and the dimmer boxes kept overheating.
I participated in "Six Months out of Every Year." That was incredibly fun. Very fun, indeed. I don't know the words.
Then we did some lighting, finishing just before ten o'clock. I brought Alex home, and then came back here. I washed my mother's van, put on a coat of wax, washed the tires and rims, cleaned the interior, and armoralled the dashboard.
Ness and my father got in at around two o'clock AM. I finished everything, took a shower, and finally got to bed at around three thirty.
