(no subject)
AH guys I'm so excited! My dad called me up yesterday and asked if I wanted to go to Uluru with him in June. Like, OUT OF THE BLUE.
His best mate and his wife are travelling around Australia at the moment and around June 12 they'll be in Uluru so Dad figured he'd go meet up with them there, and he knew I've been obsessing about going into the outback for agesss, so YEAH. I'm leaving on June 12th and come back on the 15th, just a short visit but not much else to do out there haha.
But man, I'm so excited. Taking like 5 cameras with me haha. I hope I get some good shots. It's just so unbelievably beautiful out there, so different to anywhere else in Australia, and so UNIQUE to this country so I'm quite excited to actually see this amazing landmark we're so famous for.
Middle of winter though which means it becomes FREEZING at night but whatever, I'd rather winter than summer, where it's boiling and dry heat all through the day.
ULURU GUYS. AYERS ROCK. Booyah.
And I'm still considering taking the course for uni next semester which is a roadtrip out to Broken Hill, which is very western NSW and very much like the desert around Uluru. if I can get a loan for it, as it's $1300 haha. But if I could do that too, I WOULD BE A VERY HAPPY CHAPPY.

Although I'm going to have to work out how I'm going to shoot this, considering I generally hate blue skies in my photos :/ Night time photos maybe?
Anyway, sorry I'm babbling. I'll post a few photos tomorrow or something, cause I bought new shoes, a handbag and a purse which is unlike me and it's exciting haha.
