My world had known war for a hundred years. My entire life was spent in its wake...

hmm...

Christianity is the faith of those who follow Jesus Christ, the messiah of the Hebrew. They believe he is the Son of God, and was sent here to save them from the burden of sin via his crucifixion. On Easter Sunday, he supposedly rose from the dead and appeared before his apostles, confirming this.

Ah. What an interesting belief. If there are such deities like this in your lands I am curious to find what other sort of deities reside elsewhere.

Christianity is not really a religion based on deities, at least not once you get past all the dogma that lies on the surface. It is a religion that exists, almost in its entirety, without any kind of proof that its promises are real.

It is a Faith. All of it is based on the simple assumption that there is a man whom had so much compassion and mercy that he would willingly die a horrifying death so that others may receive the Kingdom of Heaven... it's a heavy thing to accept, but so many do. Many question, but many more simply believe.

It is faith that keeps myself and all of my children alive. We are dependent on mortals, as mortals are dependent on us. It would be a great tragedy if all faith in our, as deities, abilities were to be lost.
