(no subject)
Between work/moving junk/buying junk/being addicted to Soma Bringer, I've had no will to post anything the last few days. Though it was kind of busy, not much happened so really, there isn't much to post anyways.
We bought tiles for the bathroom floor and paint for all of the basement today at home depot as well as a bathroom mirror that will probably not match very well (lol, I'm an idiot). Dave estimated that we should be able to start painting by Wednesday or Thursday. Since we obviously won't have the basement done and the kitchen isn't anywhere near ready, my mom is thinking of delaying the day we will be getting the movers to come. I can't blame her really, since we were hoping to at least have the kitchen done before moving the grand piano and she was complaining about moving my furniture into the living room and then having to move it again into the basement. The only problem is that the movers don't have any free time until October if she moves the date and the other companies that she's checked don't move grand pianos (baby grands yes, but not concert grands like what we have).
Mana Khemia 2 came in and the box was big. Yay for extras! Seriously, I'm such a dork.
I've begun memorizing the lines for Akahitoha. It's not actually that hard to learn but I'm trying to find the best spots for breathing before I start recording anything. I also need to find an off vocal version of the song but that shouldn't be too hard. I'll likely do Kokoro before I start Meltdown as well since there is some screaming in Meltdown and that's hard to do without anyone questioning what I'm doing. xD
I've been reviewing the files of the Jigoku Shoujo DS game (there are a LOT of files) and am kind of reluctant to start translating since we're still rather busy with moving. I mean, I WANT to work on it (translating in particular) but it's really something I need to have a large amount of free time to do. I also want to relearn C since it's been a long time and I can't remember any of it before I really do much.

I actually really like the game but seriously, my thumbs are beginning to hurt and my hands are starting to cramp. I'm trying to complete at least one run though of the game asap so I can unlock Idea, though I don't know what I'll make her as (I'd say Soma is what she's most suitable for but I already have one...maybe I'll make her something ridiculous instead).
I've read the 1st light novel of 1/2 Prince (I fucking love this series, both as a light novel and a comic) and was actually really impressed with the translation. The team did a really good job and I can't wait until the 2nd volume is fully released (they have some chapters out but reading it in a complete .pdf is actually really nice and I rarely ever say that about .pdfs).
Lastly, I got everyone's weddings mixed up. My cousin Fu Sing is getting married this month, Rose is getting married in Oct., and Sandra is getting married Nov. (but I won't be able to attend Sandra's wedding since it's a destination wedding to Mexico and I can't afford that...plus Sierra has school so she and my mom wouldn't be able to go and I'd feel lonely because I wouldn't want to stay with Cecilia or Sonia :x). What exactly do you wear to a wedding anyways? Honestly, I'm not very well suited for this kind of thing... (Fu Sing's wedding's reception is a a high-end hotel ; 3; I'M NOT CLASSY, WHAT THE HELL AM I GOING TO DO?! *hides in a corner*).
