2007 has begun
new year. new you. not likely.
I am not going to tell myself that this is going to be my year. Everything is going to be perfect. My life will be completely perfect.
I don't think so. This is just one more year to get through before my actual life begins. All I hope is that I do not die this year so I can get to the year that my life will start. Therefore the only new year's resolution I am making is to survive. And even then I only truly have a 50/50 chance of completing my goal.
2006 was not a great year. I hardly did anything for charity. I did not flee the country. I did nothing that helped the world at all.
I doubt any of this will change this year, but here is to hoping I make it to the next!
