Strata is soon. Yay. I'm excited. I'm wondering if I should bother trying to get a photo pass since it's a small venue. I haven't been to the Graceland in so fricking long. Oh, sorry, El Corazon. Yeah, it's a small venue but it depends on the band and I'm sure they'll have issues with me bringing in a digital SLR for some reason. I could always hope to run into one of the guys before the show and have them okay me or something. I don't know.
Work... is work. Customers are still idiots. It's ridiculous. Seriously. How the hell am I going to accept you returning a bowl that is over $100 without it's box when you as a customer DEMAND to have the original box in PRISTINE condition before you buy it? Yeah, you might be thinking a 100 bucks for a bowl... it's crystal and made by Waterford (which may mean nothing to you but if you care to know why it's expensive look 'em up). We don't accept Waterford without it's box. I can't sell it without it's box. Sorry, it doesn't tell you that on the receipt but that's the way it goes. Re-gift that bitch... better yet KEEP IT. It's a nice piece to have. I think it's INSANE how many wedding gifts people return. I understand when you receive duplicates of an item but c'mon you gotta return thousands of dollars worth of stuff? Whatever. Not my money. Well sometimes it is cuz it's commission loss for me if it's returned on my number.
I've decided to stay with Macy's through the holidays. Gonna make some big fat commission checks. Seriously. Then I'll start looking for another job. I really should just do that now but you know what, I'd rather make some serious cash before settling down for a real job, not that I'll find one right away.
