Electronic Freshmen
Sorry I have been so inadequate with writing for these past few days. Alot has happened since I last wrote. Ok so not that much happened but still. Yeah so Saturday I spent the day at the library. And yes it was as exciting as it sounds. But later I went to the smith7 concert. That was fun. MOH was good, despite the short playing time and that the fact they were sans-scott. Everything that could possibly go wrong at a concert happened to Self Service. Rushmore was good. My Surrender was good. It was akward though because it was all that hardcore stuff that I don’t really care too much for and I am such a punk and ska listener. So I just of stood there amidst the hardcoreness. But it was entertainment to see some hardcore dancing. $7 Sox was good. Again I must proclaim they have good stage performance. But I left about half way through their set because the pit was getting so gross. Everyone was wett and sweaty and close together. Yeah so I went outside in the rain with Lauren, Burns, Anna, and Gregg. That was fun.
I spent Sunday working on my term paper. Yeah that sucked. I went to the Grizzlies game. That was alright. I figured out that I have a really short attention span at events like that.
On Monday we had our first outdoor drumline practice. It was awesome all the incoming freshmen came. The seemed to the like it but the funny thing is that they have no idea what it to come. Haha. Anyways it was nice to play tenors. It’s weird though because I feel almost that I am taking Scott Sauer’s spot due to things Mike has said. Scott has been really cool to me so I don’t mean to take his spot or make him mad. It’s all good though.
