Help pass a bill to mandate Medicaid to pay the birth center facility fee in all 50 states. It doesn't make any sense for Medicaid to pay for hospital births and not Birth Centers. It cost a fraction of what a hospital charges. This is just another way for the Government to take away a women's right to choose where she wants to birth. Women have the right to choose where they give birth and who their provider will be reguardless of income.
