I'll Be Back....
well back from the road trip. Took us from about 6:30-midnight to get there. We didnt get outta mobile till 6:45pm, then drove up to Hattiesburg MS, then to Meridian, and finnally we stopped at Forest MS. Where we gassed up and got Hardee's for dinner. We got off at an exit too soon in Morton MS and we ended up in downtown morton around 11:30pm. A cop drove infront of us through Morton and lead us to Roosevelt State Park. We stayed in a Motel room on the 2nd floor overlookin the lake. Basically Roosevelt is a Fishing Camp. The lake was full-o-fish and full-o-fisherman. We drove around Sat. mornin and looked at the cabins and then the "lookout" over MS. It was neat. We drove around Morton MS durrin the day time and ate lunch at the hot spot of Morton.......... Subway....... yeah... subway.. but it gets better. Then we were drivin down this road and saw a Jason X figure on the front of a porch and i swear we drove past it 4-5 times so matt could get it on video tape. Then we went back to the motel and dad watched football while me n matt walked around and took pix, then taking a break in the motel room. Later on that night we went to the night time hot spot..... SONIC..... the dairyqueen had closed down. So we got sonic blasts and sat out there for like 2 mins. Then i said hell, we paid $65 for the motel room and we're out here in my truck. So we went back to the motel room and watched TV while we ate. Got up the next mornin, packed up and checked out @ 10am. Then we rented a row boat and me matt n dad spent 2 hours rowin out in the middle of the lake and i got lots of pictures. Immidiatly after docking we decided it was time to go home, and we left Roosevelt @ 12 noon and got back to mobile w/ my gas gauge flirting w/ the orange area on it around 3pm. We made it home just before 3:30pm. My dad called my mom tellin her we were just crossin the state line when actually we were in the front yard. It was fun. So now i'm on the last day of my 4 day weekend and i go back to work 2morrow. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.... alrighty. bye bye!
