Its name: Chrysocolla
It's discription: A gemstone which is related to, and often confused with turquoise. It is a hydrous copper silicate mineral with a hardness of 2 to 4. It is found in the SW USA, Chile, Peru, Mexico, Russia, and Africa.

Mystical Lore: Intuitive sources say that Chrysocolla enhances the feminine energies and activates one's connection to the Goddess. It is said to clear the throat chakra an d assist one in speaking one's highest truth, to awaken compassion, to balance the emotions and bring peace to the mind and heart.

I got this pendant at Pheonix and Dragon and didn't even read the back before I bought it. What a coincidence!
