Sometimes, and only sometimes, do I actually run across something that makes me believe in the human race. You know those warm fuzzies and high emotional feelings you get because you experience something awesome? Yeah. I Found that. It's an anime called Mai HiME. Go check it out. That is if your into girls fighting with fantasy weapons trying to protect the ones they love. Typical anime theme.

I had a therapy session today with Dr. James L. Powell. Turns out he's a methodist minister. That kind of shocked me because I had this whole perception of the church being kind of backwards, but I should of known better. Reverends are usually highly educated people since the majority of them have to get a four year degree and then a graduates degree in theology.

Ok I want to tell ya'll a secret. It has been one of my aspirations to study theology. I'm not just talking Christian theology, but many many different theologies. It's one of the reasons why I got into Buddhism and have found my way to an amalgamation of Christian-Buddhism. Even then I don't want to stop there because if I did it would mean that I am missing out on another faith. I think that's one of the major contributions my rebellious Neo-Pagan phase had on me. It opened up my world perspective and allowed me to view others as more than just "hell-bound" but rather in a context of humanism and to view humans as spiritual creatures.

Honestly I don't know the answers. I never will know them for sure. But I can have faith. And faith, I think, is what makes the part of the world that's not consumed with money go around.
