I'm so happy!!!!!
Yes so I went for my interview today and... I GOT THE JOB. Here is how my interview went.:
Pat (My boss): Hi, you're Katrina (I could smack myself for not putting Katie), I'm Pat... your boss.
*We shook hands and sat down at a table*
Me: Nice to meet you.
Pat: Likewise... so you don't do any sports?
Me: I like to focus more on studying (HAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!)
Pat: Thats great! But are you good with people?
Me: Yes I'm really good with people.
Pat: How am I supposed to believe you with that when you don't do any sports or activities.
Me: I used to do cheerleading.
Pat: Ah, yes you have to be very smiley and sociable to do that, thats what I look for in my workers. So, I'm going on vacation, you're lucky... I'm going to hire you.
Me: *big smile* Really!? Thank you so much Pat.
She went on to tell me that my orientation is on Tuesday from 10 - 12 with the assistant manager Jess. I'm happy that it's Jess because... Jess seemed nicer. I'm scared of Pat... so... umm Kelsey I don't know how excited I'm going to be about asking her for the days off while we go to RI. So I'm wicked wicked sorry if I can't go but I will try to get the days off if I can. But I don't want to fuck up this job, even though it's only McDonalds.
But yes, everything is going really good so far this summer and I'm happy to have a job now so I can get out of the house and meet more people. I saw quite a few cute guys working there today when I went for my interview so... hey maybe I'll be lucky enough to have some of them work with me? :o)
