Paddy L's
Yesterday I was in Moe's with my sister when Paddy L called me. So random. He invited me to this house (which is RIDICULOUS) that night for a pool party. I asked him who would be there and he said, "Oh you know ... like the people who are at Will's ..." So I was like, "Oh ... okay well I'll definitely try to make it."
So I contemplated going all day, because I knew no girls going, and I really didn't want to be the only girl there and then be ignored by all of the boys because I know that would happen, especially with Will there. I talked to Matt that day and told him about it and said that if him and Kristin wanted to come then they could so he said he'd call me.
So I texted him around 7 and asked if he still wanted to do something...he didn't text back so I called Melissa and she said she would go with me because she lives right by Paddy. So as I was about to leave Becky signed on and I asked her to come to and she surprisingly said yes. She's been such a busy bee we haven't been able to hang out a lot.
So on our way to picking up Meliss, Matt calls and says that Kristin left for the beach but him and Larry were just hanging out ... and if I wanted them to tag along then they could. haha I could take a hint. So we picked them up. Man I really love those guys.
Only, I felt kind of awkward once Matt mentioned Jenna Smith's (Larry's gf) name because I realized, "Wait ... I'm hanging out with her boyfriend and we're going to Paddy L's house ... one of her favorite people."
Then again, I DID tell her about it, and she couldn't go. And it's not like it was just me and Larry. We were with 4 other people. But ... I still couldn't help but think that I was doing the same exact thing that everyone else did to me with Will.
So we get to the house, and the pool is SOOOO RIDICULOUS. It has those lights that change colors, and the hot tub connects to the pool, so the pool is heated. Which was a good thing, because it was like 62 degrees out! Anyway, Will was there and he greeted Meliss and Becky but not me so I went and said hi to everyone else instead. Me and the girls just hung out in the hottub, which "could have been a little hotter," as Larry later said.
Will and I didn't talk the entire time, except when I asked him what time it was and he said "10:45" ... and at one point when we were all in the hottub. He said it was "10:50" and under my breath I was talking to my people and said "So like ... 11?" meaning "We'll leave at 11?" and he looks at me and goes, "No, it's 10:50." and gave me this LOOK. And everyone got silent for an awkward second.
So then, we're leaving, and he gives Becky and Melissa these HUGE bear hugs, and I'm getting ready to give him a hug. So, he turns to me, puts his hand up as a wave, and says "Bye." and turns right around.
Talk about a slap in the fucking FACE.
So whatever I give everyone else a hug and gather my stuff and Matt, who gets me so well, goes, "Ro, you got your game face on what's up?" And I'm like, "I'll tell you in the car." So we're backing up and Will I guess followed us and is at his car and like STARES at us for a good 5 seconds and then goes back to looking for whatever in his car.
So I'm complaining in the car about how much of an asshole he was to me and Larry goes, "I think he's pretty much an asshole to everyone so don't think that he was just doing it to you.." and Matt goes, "Yeah, and he wasn't about to blow a kiss to me for sitting in the front seat next to you."
And we were like, "huh??" hahah and Larry goes, "Well, I mean, if you WANTED him to blow a kiss to you why didn't you say so?" God I love them.
Anyway, whatever. It hurt really bad that he did that to me ... and it shows that he intentionally hugged the other girls like that to fucking diss me in front of everyone. Whatever.
So today I have to go to church and then to Costco with my parents, and then maybe meeting up with Jake to help him shop for Sam's going away present. And thennn possibly going swimming at Coll's pool with Meliss (and Will will probably be there and I fully intend on talking to him and being a mature person) and then sleeping over Melissa's house and going to Cona's beach house the next day and learning how to surf! YAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!
