one last week (+ glorious finals)

Jun 06, 2006 23:56

So as the year is dwindling down to one last week of crossroads for some high-class Mexican food, Blazer Mondays with the Reiber Vista guys, and lounging at sunset all day long, I'm starting to get really sad over the fact that I'm leaving all this so soon. I'm going to miss the late night excapades on top of the bruin bear with Djamila, attempts to go to Wooden, going down to westwood atleast 3 times a week, shopping at Ahhhs! (a store filled with the most raandom stuff ever) and Ai wish, flyering on bru walk, dressing up for raids and invites, eating diddy r. and who knows what else. Anyways..
I saw Tia and Tamara a couple of days ago! They were on campus for an alzeimers fundraiser. I don't know about you, but Amanda and I used to LOVE watching Sister, Sister back in the day. Brings back such good memories lol. Oh and Phantom Planet was playing on the stage too! I must say although I couldn't stick around to hear the OC cali song, the ones I did hear were really good.
In other news, these past couple of weeks have been amazing. Formal was so much fun, and the venue was beautiful.

i'm getting so much usage out of that dress lol.

Then the next day we woke up bright and early for the Havasu weekender!

d4 girls + sig ep boys = a great time

And the next week was filled with SAE's Paddy Murphy festivities, Senior Boat, and the Derby Days Competition (which KKG won woo hoo! :))
Plus Miraya coming up :D

Pretty in Pink party

Phi Psi's Miami Vice

Venice beach

Lama's 19th birthday!

and Boogie nights.

You know how sometimes you get emailed riddles, and the next day is supposed to come the answer? Well that second email never came and curiousity has gotten the best of me:
Chuck, a bestselling author of romantic fiction, had suspected
for some time that his wife Eva was unfaithful, though he had
no proof. One afternoon, while Chuck was working on his latest
bodice-ripper, Eva mentioned that she intended to go to the
movies and would be out for a few hours. As Eva went to the
door, Chuck looked at her pensively, then resumed his work.
Three hours later, Eva returned, took her coat off and asked
Chuck if he wanted some coffee. When she returned from the
kitchen, Chuck asked her to sit down as he wanted to talk to
her. "Eva," he said, "I want a divorce."
Can you figure out how he knew?

So if you can figure out the answer, please fill me in!
On a goodbye note, finals week is approaching- wish me luck! And if you want a good sight to see on Wednesday, midnight June 14th, (or if you care to join hehe) head on over for the Spring '06 Finals Undie Run!
