Sorry, just had to let the 'steam' out. LOL! Finally... Finally, school is overrr! (; Hoorayssss! Woohoooo! And oh boy, I've not had this feeling in the longest time ever. 2.5 years of school, finally ended with my final, favourite module examination, Media Law. Kudos to Mr Vinod Sabhnani, for the wonderful closure of a pretty good paper. I felt good about it although I didnt manage to complete it. First time doing an open book exam, bit nervous.
Well, this is has been a wonderful 2.5 years of being a Mass Communication student in Ngee Ann Polytechnic, School of Film and Media Studies. Well I wish I had a camera, I would take as many pictures as I could with all my friends and show it to everyone. I'm so proud to be where I am today. As the exams come to a closure, it helps me focus on 'bigger' issues which I need to settle soon.
Maybe a favour for those who have misconceptions about Mass Communication students, esp the ones in my school. It is a misconception that...
1. We are all bitchy people. Well, to be bitchy either learnt or part of us. For most of us, bitching most come from experience; bitching your tutors, friends, classmates, other students.. so on & so forth. For the rest, they just have nothing much to do but bitch, well almost about anything that you can think of. From others' clothes to shoes, bags to belts, weather to food, dicks to CBs ... oh well you get the picture.
2. We are all very fashion conscious. Oh boy, oh boy! You should have seen me in my singlet and shorts, walking around school looking as if I slept in those. LOL! We do recognise the effort that Mass Communication students take to dress up, look good and come to school though. We have our bad days and good days. (; But generally, we like to look good.. but only a minority.
3. Mass Communications are a bunch of useless nothings. Hehehe! Surely they say something like that. Well, each of us have our strengths and weaknesses. You may have met some really not-so-well-rounded girls who only know how to bitch around and talk about things that revolve around them or a bunch of lazy guys. Sad to say they are around, but very few. (; As most of us major in different final year electives, we have a clearer and advanced thinking of how certain things work. For me, I'm a communications guy. Haa! (;
Ok, I'll be around before I start my internship. If ya going out, want to party, don't forget to ask me along. (; If not, I will see you when I see you!
