I'm on my new MacBook which I got over the weekend, and I just opened Safari and discovered I have internet! Without connecting anything or changing any settings, it's like buying a computer home, switching it on and discovering you can surf instantly. I'm impressed. I'm also mildly perplexed, because my wireless hasn't worked in ages so I have no idea which neighbour it is I'm currently leeching off of. Oh well, I'm not complaining.
Critical Commentary is killing me; I couldn't type in short, succinct sentences anymore even if you paid me. I want this to be the (second)Last Draft, pleaseee. After the text is done there's still my appendixes, all those sketches, movement plans and costing to do up; Lyon wants our Final copies on Thursday I think. To be sent off to Cambridge on Friday. KI CT's on Wednesday, I think I'll just resign myself to my fate of TSD-ing til July and our Practical Exams are over. And another abysmal KI grade, which I can't do anything about now. Disappointing Mr Mac as well as myself again. Sigh.
Still have time to settle some nonsense that crops up? Nope. Hurhur.
Sorry I haven't updated in like a month, I assure you life's been keeping me trotting. The past weeks have been a whirlwind of events, and Term 2 seems to have, suddenly, disappeared. Much like the whole 5 months. Have established a routine of sorts the past couple weeks, doing things on certain days. As usual, my schedule for the next one and a half months has already been laid out before me [RMUN, SMUN, TSD Group Rehearsals, sets building for TSD Group and Indiv, TSD Second Showcase, bridge training, bridge nationals, studying for History and Lit, KI IS, H3 History all in June, and consultations and preparing for TSD 'A's Practical Exams in July]. I have blogged this month though, sort of, just short snippets of stuff sometimes, only I've been locking them to myself. Promise I'll share soon, I think I'll be able to breathe a bit after this Friday's over - I think I'm probably free on Saturday!
I echo Teddy's quote: Yesterday my productivity went wayyyy up, because my Internet screwed.
