Colleagues dilemma

My work colleague D had a phone call yesterday from one of our suppliers.  Back in February she had been asked if they could put her name down for the spend and save scheme.  She said yes and thought no more of it - she even deleted the email.  The phone call yesterday was to say they had some Love to Shop vouchers for her - £350 worth.

Now D is very honest - she hasn't got a lot of spare cash as she has a big mortgage and she plans her budget very carefully.  When we get wine at Christmas from suppliers she stores them in the cupboard until just before we finish for the holidays and then parcels them out to the others in the office - chocolates and biscuits are opened and shared as well.  This is despite the fact that the others keep their wine and hampers to themselves.  The scrap metal money always goes in the pocket of K (I've heard him give instructions to one of his gang to load up a lorry and take it to the scrap yard and the money is never seen again).  All of the drivers of lorrys and cars have a company fuel card and have either a tesco card or a nectar card - it soon adds up when it costs £120 a time to fill up (one tank means £1.20 of Tesco vouchers) and when you fill up a couple of times a week it soon adds up.

D's dilemma is that she feels she can't accept the vouchers without saying anything to the boss.  I've said that she should just tell him she was entered in a draw and she's won a few vouchers - don't tell him how much it was.  She works bloody hard for the company and negotiates the discounts we get and no-one evera appreciates how much she saves them.  I've spoken to a couple of people and they've said not to say anything at all.  I wonder what she's going to do today.
