About friending me~~

I've started getting new "friends" here that I do not know. I don't know why but it just annoys me when random people add me as a friend and I have no frigging idea who they are.
So I just want to remind that I will not add you back if you don't tell me something about yourself (here is a good place where you can do that) or comment on some of my fics and start conversation that way....
and I don't want you to add me randomly! Like I said, it annoys me.
I'd like to make new friends who I can talk with. So it makes me really happy when someone starts talking to me :)) And I definitely won't bite if you talk with me and then add me as a friend and I might even add you back :))
But for now, DO NOT ADD ME WITHOUT TALKING WITH ME FIRST! :P
