Summary: Donghae is one of the most popular guys in his school but his studies aren't going that well. He needs help with his the studies but all he wants to do is dance and sing. Eunhyuk on the other hand is not a popular kid and he's doing really well with his studies. What happens when the two of them suddenly have to study together?

Donghae let himself slide down along the door as soon as it was closed with a loud bang. He dropped his head to his palms and sighed heavily, closing his eyes at the same time. He wanted to cry, he really did, but there wasn't any tears. He was way too angry to form any salty water into his eyes. His mother had just introduced him a man which she thought could replace his father! He was so furious that he wanted to hit someone or just break something, but what would it help?
In frustration he banged his head to the door. It was painful and he flinched to it, not that it showed outside, but it didn't help. Of course it doesn't help, no matter how many times I hit my head!
"Umm... Donghae?" Donghae's heart skipped a beat. He had totally forgot that Eunhyuk was still there! "Are you okay?" Donghae opened his eyes and looked at Eunhyuk, who was still sitting on his bed, right at the place where Donghae had left him.
"Do I look like I'm okay?" He didn't mean to be so grumpy to Eunhyuk but he hadn't been aware of his presence. Eunhyuk seemed to take a back for a while and moved his eyes away from Donghae, who let his head drop back to his palms. He heard how the sheets rustled a little when Eunhyuk rose from the bed. Donghae expected him to walk to the desk and take his stuff, making his way to leave. But he was wrong and realized it when he heard Eunhyuk sighing lightly and sitting to the floor beside him.
"Hey..." Eunhyuk said. From his voice Donghae could tell he was confused and unsure of what he should do after the kiss and the way Donghae had come back to the room. And he was quite sure that Eunhyuk had heard at least a little of the conversation from the living room.
Donghae couldn't be amazed of how many times Eunhyuk could surprise him. At first he had been cheerful high school kid, then sexy dancer who had changed into shy boy and then...when they had kissed... He had felt so amazingly sweet and shy but sexy and confident at the very same time. And he didn't stop surprising Donghae even more by every moment.
Donghae almost jumped up to his feet when he felt a little cold finger under his chin, lifting it up gently. He looked at Eunhyuk who was sitting really near to him, his knees were touching Donghae's legs. And the look in his eyes... Donghae didn't know exactly what it was. It was like mixed pity, sorrow, love(?)... And was that a bit of lust?!
Donghae was confused at first but soon he was about to fall to the floor.
Eunhyuk leaned closer to him, still keeping his index finger under Donghae's chin, preventing him to move away. And then Donghae felt those sweet lips on his again. The sweet sensation made shivers go down Donghae's spine and made him light headed. He cracked his lips only a little, so that he could slide his tongue out and licked Eunhyuk's bottom lip greedily, asking for enter to his hot cavern. And Donghae didn't need to wait long before he felt Eunhyuk cracking his lips apart, letting Donghae's tongue inside his mouth.
Suddenly, in the middle of the kiss, Donghae realized it. He actually liked the kiss, he liked Eunhyuk and he'd die to kiss him forever. He had lost his game. Eunhyuk had beaten him in his own game which had started about half an hour ago!
But then the kiss was over. Too soon. Donghae opened his eyes to look at Eunhyuk and knew how looser he looked in Eunhyuk's eyes. But he couldn't do anything to it. He had to admit -even though he so wanted to deny it- that Eunhyuk was better than him. No one had beaten him in his own game, ever.
"Well... I need to go now." Eunhyuk said and for a moment Donghae thought he'd seen sorrow in his eyes, but it was so quickly gone that he wasn't sure and the sorrow was replaced by a grin. Donghae had to blink a few times to make sure he saw the grin right. But he was still really confused by Eunhyuk's mood changes.
"Finish that..." Eunhyuk said and got up, pointing to their project on Donghae's desk. "...and we can return it to the teacher sooner than we should. And you might look smarter in Siwon's eyes." He grinned even wider. It took Donghae a moment before he realized that Eunhyuk had just joked about his studying and how Siwon was keeping him stupid.
"Yah! He knows I ain't stupid!" Donghae exclaimed and playfully slapped Eunhyuk to his leg and got up when the other went to take his bag from the bed. He then opened the door for Eunhyuk and followed right after him
"Oh! Hello Hyukjae-ssi. I didn't know you were here." Donghae clenched his chin when his mom greeted Eunhyuk in the living room. He hadn't even thought that they would both still be there, sitting on the couch where Donghae had left them.
"Good evening, Mrs. Lee." Eunhyuk answered and bowed politely and to the man he didn't know he bowed also. Before the man could say anything, Donghae pushed Eunhyuk forward. And then the idea hit him with a bang! He could get back into his game and test Eunhyuk a little, how far was he ready to go? He ushered Eunhyuk to the entry. He waited patiently when Eunhyuk put his jacket and shoes on. When the other pulled his bag over his head, Donghae glanced over his shoulder to make sure they were watched by two adults.
He took a stern hold of Eunhyuk's arm and pulled him closer. He gave him a grin as a warning before he smashed their lips together for the third time in past hour. Eunhyuk gasped in surprise as he was suddenly kissed in the entryway, right in front of Donghae's mom, and Donghae took the change to slide his tongue into the other's mouth. He felt how Eunhyuk tensed, just like Donghae had expected. He wasn't ready to public kissing or anything like that. And Donghae was back in the game!
He pulled himself back and smile wildly to Eunhyuk who looked totally shocked, like he'd seen a ghost. And Donghae hoped that his mom looked exactly the same and Soo man even worse. When Eunhyuk didn't move, Donghae decided to help him to get out and reached to open the door behind Eunhyuk, purposely leaning close enough to touch him.
Eunhyuk seemed to realize that the door was open and tried to smile -a week attempt- and turned on his heels, hurrying to get out of the house.
Donghae closed the door when Eunhyuk had stepped out and turned around. A smug smile tugged on the corners of his lips when he saw his mom's shocked expression, just like he had wanted. But the smile faded a little when he saw Soo man. He wasn't shocked, at all. He rather looked too knowing, like he would be challenging Donghae to something.
"You..." His mom started but couldn't end what she was going to say. And Donghae didn't even mind to hear it. He walked pass both of the adults to the kitchen to get something to eat, not even looking at his mom.
"...He's just angry to me. This is only a way he wants to revenge us. Give him time and he'll be back to normal again." Donghae grinned when he heard Soo man's words. You have no idea what you're talking about.

Donghae shut down his alarm. The sun was shining brightly to his room, telling him it was time to get up and get ready for the day but all he wanted to do was turn to his side and get back to sleep.
"Donghae, get up or you'll be late." His mom said softly and cracked the door open a little, like she always did when she heard Donghae's alarm. And if she didn't open the door, Donghae would fall asleep again for sure!
Donghae frowned and kicked his blanket off of himself and got up, yawning and stretching his arms. He made his way to the door of his room, opened it and walked to the end of the hallway to the door of their bathroom, pressing the door handle down and opening the door.
"Holy mother of God!" Donghae slammed the door shut in the very same second. And now he was totally awake, and pissed off. He looked at the clock on the wall: he had been awake almost 10 minutes and the day was already ruined!
He crossed his arms over his bare chest and leaned his back to the wall, shuddering to the sudden coolness of it. Was that god damn man here over the night? He's NOT moving here, isn't he? ...that is not gonna happen if you ask me! The more he thought of it, the more he hated that man and the more he got pissed.
The door next to him opened and Soo man stepped out, this time a towel wrapped around his lower body. Thank God!
"Learn how to lock the door." Donghae said crumply and hurried to the bathroom before he could hear his mom yelling him not to be that rude and respect Soo man, or before he had to see Soo man's stupid face, and locked the door right after him.
After half an hour later Donghae was ready to go to school. The breakfast had been horrible and Donghae didn't want to experience it ever again, though he knew he couldn't avoid it. They had all been quiet: Donghae because he felt like he'd vomit every time he saw Soo man around the same table with him -and his mom; Soo man was glaring at Donghae and it pissed Donghae even more off; and Donghae's mom was quiet only because of the atmosphere between the two males. It was like there was a thunderstorm between them.
As soon as Donghae closed their front door and breathed in the outdoor air he felt a lot better and his mind seemed to relax. Today he'd see Eunhyuk again and he was going to make him feel a bit awkward around him and it was going to make him blush like a tomato in the school corridor. Donghae knew it already.

Donghae came to school on time, which was a miracle for Siwon and Donghae saw it clearly as soon as they spotted each others from the yard. He was usually late if he walked to school alone. But when he walked with Siwon or Leeteuk, he was always on time because neither of his friends wanted to be late. Donghae on the other hand didn't care about it that much whether he was on time or not.
He walked to Siwon and they greeted each others and chatted a little. Then Donghae suddenly realized that there was something missing from Siwon, something he didn't expect to find missing.
"Where's Kibum?" He asked and cocked his eyebrow up. Why isn't Siwon with him?
"He'll come later." Siwon said shortly and Donghae realized to not to ask anymore. He seemed to be sad and he definitely didn't want to push Siwon to tell him why. He would tell him when he was ready...
What is it between them? They haven't broken up, haven't they? But why would Siwon be like that if they hadn't? My question seemed to make him a bit upset... Donghae thought about Siwon and Kibum whole way to his locker and then to his lesson. But he didn't find any answers from his own head and he decided to wait till Siwon would tell him what was going on.
He sat to his place and took his book from his bag to the table. And he opened it! He didn't just rest his head onto it and try to sleep like he usually did in Korean lessons. He knew how the other students looked at him with amazed expressions on, but he didn't care. Even their teacher stopped to her tracks and dropped her pen to the floor when she actually saw Donghae in the class room.
