[Hmm hmm hmm~ oh, is this tune familiar? Here, have Russia singing softly in his creepy-cute voice. He likes to think he sounds more manly than he really does :(]

We fought for the future, destroyed the invader,
and brought to our homeland the Laurels of Fame.
Our glory will live in the memory of nations
and all generations will honor my name.

[ok, so. what she'd wanted to do was eyeball him quietly and make really angry faces that America pegged this guy as her country. but after hearing the song she can't help but be a brat as usual.]

O God, protect the Tsar!
Strong and majestic,
Reign for glory, for our glory!

[would sulk, except SHE'S SUPPOSED TO BE DEAD TOOOO~]

So, I've got a question. Is there any way I can switch your delusions with someone else's? Because no offense, but I'm not terribly pleased with you thinking you're my country.

I am your country. Or, rather, I was your country. I have changed much since the days of Tsars. Civil war does have quite an affect on nations.

Of course, of course. And that blond guy's America. Oh, I'd imagine. Such a shame that offing entire families and restructuring the government is so troublesome.

...You are blinded by your relationship with your father, Anastasia. You were young. You do not known what he did to me. If the Empire had continued, I would surely have fallen to Germany.

I'm sorry that I still have some shreds of familial loyalty left; I'll work harder to beat that out of my system. And that's right - I don't know. I'm lucky I know anything at all, thanks to 'you'! Whatever happened, it doesn't justify killing them.

You always have been rather stubborn.

Your father? Yes. He deserved it. All of the men who died, all of the men who hated me for those they lost even though I tried so hard and then your father just made them hate me more and--

...

It was unfortunate, though, that you and your siblings had to share a similar fate.

I'm told it makes me rather endearing.

Papa would never do that to anyone. If they hated you, it was because of you. Don't you dare try and blame him for your faults.

Just my siblings. I'm still here.

It was cuter when you were younger.

He was my boss. He was supposed to protect me, keep my people safe and proud. I killed for him. My men died for him. It was only after he had broken my that I favored the Bolsheviks.

That you are, Princess.

Everything's cuter on tiny children. My hair probably looked better then, too.

So anybody who doesn't pass your evaluation is dead? He certainly wasn't the first bad Tsar in the empire. And most people now aren't exactly feeling very proud of anything. Just saying.

And staying.
