He moved quickly... if one didn't know any better it could have been seen as a sudden advance on the smaller nation he so treasured... but really, he had only knelt down beside the man on the floor and pulled the gift out from behind his back, holding it out with one hand, it was almost small enough to fit in just that one large palm.
