I'm not really a Yoh fan (except since the last chapters because he looks hot with all those wounds) but you gave him depth and actual flesh. Probably I couldn't relate to Yoh before because he's kinda like a two dimensional character to me. (and I didn't like his looks before he got beaten - I'm so mean :-P)
I also like that you keep his interaction with Fei at this level where we ask ourselves if there's a possibility for them both or not. I find this far more engaging to leave the questioning open. Plus Fei looks more IC this way.
There's just not a lot to Yoh, except what we learned in that one chapter. And even there what he's thinking is very cryptic. It leaves a lot of room to play around. Sensei could take this story in any direction.
I'm glad you liked what I did with him. I think it will take a lot to get him back in Fei's good graces. But I'm pretty sure Sensei wants him there, so it's me trying to anticipate it LOL. That never works. XD
