Results of today's doctor visit.

I went for my regular six month office visit with my primary care doctor this morning. She was literally thrilled with how good my blood pressure has been. I told her that with all the blood pressure medications she has me on, it better be good! I had my second dose of Shingrix (Zoster aka Shingles) vaccine today as well. I had the nurse put the shot in my right arm this time as when I had them use my left arm last time (right arm was used for my Tetanus booster) my left arm was sore for over four days. I had some blood work done as well. It seems my calcium level is up a bit for the first time in months. I'll have to see what the doctor says about that. My parathyroid level is normal though, so I have no idea why my calcium level is up again. My doctor also mentioned that the CDC is now recommending all adults 19-59 get another Hepatitis B vaccine (three shot regiment, one per month for three months) as levels in adults vaccinated during childhood is showing too low in recent studies. She wants me to get that vaccine at the end of April.
