(no subject)
So I haven't posted anything of substance here really in quite awhile, and as such, I wouldn't expect this to be the post that bucks the trend.
I've been doing nothing much of anything, although I have lost weight. This is because for Lent I gave up soda, bread, candy, dessert, and happiness. Now I am 11 pounds lighter, and cranky all the time.
My fiancee and I are watching a commercial for subway that has pink, creamy tuna fish. Those are two words that should not apply to fish at the same time. I think we can all agree on that.
So Reaper is on. I am loving this show. Sympathy for the devil, indeed. I would like to hang around with that cool cat, because he is a swingin' soul destroyer.
I've been applying to a number of places (school districts, shopping malls, hotels). I'm thinking of selling an organ, because there is literally no open market in San Diego right now.
I've been having dreams about Uncle Jesse from Full House for a number of weeks now, and when he's evil he wears a hat. I don't know what that could possibly mean, but I'm hoping it has to do with supressed unemployment anxiety, and not anything deeper.
I am working on my novel, and it's chugging along. It's not Steinbeck, but it's fun, and it's a way to get my feet wet, right?
In other "news", youtube is my life right now. Clois vids, and TV bloopers, and Kansas and MIKA and whole episodes of shows that I love? Absolutely, thanks.
Also, google Mad Maze if you would like to spend hours of your life in the mad realm trying to save your people. The mad realm is very like the early nineties, I warn you.
