I saw a little boy on the bus yesterday.
Native boy, about four or five years old. Squirming in his seat because he couldn't sit still and was excited to look out the window. Seems to have been coming home from the fair. As is typical of First Nations of this region, he had a round face and very Asian-looking eyes. Light brown skin, black eyes. Red-blond hair.
Light, strawberry blond hair.
I'm not sure what combination of genes was required to produce that, but wow. All I could think is that this kid is going to break hearts when he grows up.
