This sign cracked me up. For those that may not get it, Daytona is one of two tracks where every car has to run with a restrictor plate in their engine to limit the horsepower and therefore reduce speed, for safety reasons.

Friday, July 4 - Yeny, KC, Kris and I went to KC's grandparents' house in Groveland for 4th of July. His dad took Kris and I for a boat ride through some of the surrounding lakes... so much fun.

Wednesday, July 9 - At work there is a "candy cart" of candy bars, muffins, and various other snacks that some committee or another uses to raise money for... something. who knows. Anyway, they decided to make coupons for people that get perfect attendance for the month. Who got perfect attendance for the month of June? Me! Who got 5 candy coupons? Me! :) I love it because I usually skip breakfast in the mornings because I always get out of bed so late, and just buy a muffin from the candy cart when I get to work. So these coupons will get me free breakfast for a week! :)

Friday, July 11 - With the iPhone 3G coming out today, everyone had to work overtime, so we decided to have a potluck so we could get some good food to get us through the day. It ended up being more of a dessert buffet than anything else, so everyone was hopped up on sugar all day long. It made a long day bearable.
