So... I really meant to start keeping up with my weekly photo posts, but the past two weeks have been rather insane for me.
They say bad things come in threes... two weeks ago I had a broken window on my truck, a friendship ended for good, and my grandma passed away. All within 24 hours of each other. I spent the next week dealing with everything. Also, 6 days out of town without a computer hindered my ability to keep up with things here. But things are calming down and looking up... Got to spend time with my ocoee boys this weekend which is always a blast. Anyway, tonight I'll post pictures from two weeks ago, and catch up on last week tomorrow.
p.s. I adore this song :)
pop tabs
Monday, May 19 - I've started a collection of pop tabs from the Amp energy drinks I take to work sometimes. I like them cause they're neon green :) The silver ones are from other energy drinks.
reflections
Tuesday, May 20 - This is me bored while on hold for another department. Work was frustrating today... The billing system gave me pretty much every error message possible, then it crashed at least 4 times (it usually only dies on me once a day). and it's only Tuesday.
all cracked up
Wednesday, May 21 - This is what my passenger-side front window looked like when I got out of work tonight. It shattered pretty soon after this, with about half the glass falling inside. What a mess.
waiting
Thursday, May 22 - Sitting in the waiting room at the auto glass shop. Luckily it was my day off today. I spent all morning getting the window fixed, getting an oil change, and driving to Longwood to pick up a package from UPS. Not long after getting home, I got news of my grandma passing away. Good thing I had the time to take care of everything before I had to head out of town for the week.
slip-on some stars
Friday, May 23 - Never thought I'd own a pair of slip-ons, until I found these :)
exit 2
Saturday, May 24 - On the way to Homestead... my exit off the Turnpike every time I go home.
antenna
Sunday, May 25 - My first morning at home... I was up early wandering around outside and saw the bird on the neighbor's antenna. Love this shot.
