Customers crack me up sometimes...
Mikey sits in front of me, and I end up overhearing a lot of his conversations. This is one of the best.
(in the middle of taking credit card information for the customer to make a payment)
Mikey: and how does your name appear on the card?
Customer: in script.
Mikey: umm... what do you mean? Like in italics?
Customer: yeah, italics, that's it.
Mikey: no, I meant like how is your name spelled? Is there a middle initial or anything?
Customer: ohhh
