Summary: Jamie was not overjoyed to find out that he was chosen by two vampires.

“This,” Jamie growled out as he motioned to himself and the two other boys, “is not normal.”

“Nothing is ever normal with us,” Midan even out. “I don't see how that should stop us.”

“And you weren't complaining a few minutes ago,” Lucien added.

“That's not the point!”

Lucien and Midan turned to each other before an identical grin spread on both of their faces. Jamie stopped at their look and tok a step back, accidentally hitting the man who was behind him. He rushed an apology and turned back to the other two. “Guys,” he started. “We should probably move this out of the street and inside somewhere.” The sun had set early this evening, leaving a winter chill in the air.

Lucien nodded and motioned to the restaurant they were standing in front of. “There's a perfect restaurant here!” he exclaimed. Midan nodded at the family style restaurant and grabbed both Lucien's and Jamie's hands.

“Let's go,” he called out as he dragged them inside. Once seated, with Lucien and Jamie on one side of the booth and Midan on the other, Jamie sighed in frustration.

“One day,” he muttered as he put his head down on his crossed arms. “I want to be normal for one day. Is that so hard to ask for?”

“You know what's not hard?” Lucien asked.

“Don't say your penis,” Jamie grumbled.

“Nope, that's well on it's-”

“Lucien,” Midan pressed with a warning glare.

“Sorry, but giving up and accepting the inevitable is not hard at all. You should try it once.”

“I'm a college student,” Jamie began. “I don't want to be a freak in societies' eyes.”

“Screw society,” Midan growled. “We don't need them, they don't need us.”

“And pray tell how you'll get blood.”

Midan stuck his tongue out at Jamie, but otherwise kept quiet.

“Why me?”

“You're adorable!” Lucien gushed. He ignored Jamie's glare and continued on. “You're perfect for both of us! Why wouldn't we be with you?”

“And because there's only one of you and two of us, it's fair that we share,” Midan replied with a shrug. “I think it's quiet simple, actually.”

Straightening up, he set a glare on Midan before turning it on Lucien. “How will this work?” he asked. “You're both pretty healthy vampires. I won't be able to feed you both every night.”

“Once you drink some of our blood, you'll regenerate blood faster to feed us. And when you drink from both of us, your body will recognize that it needs more,” Lucien explained. “Actually, if we don't drink from you every night, you might over produce.”

“Then you'll be a walking buffet,” Midan finished. “And I'm sure you wouldn't like that.”

Jamie blushed and shook his head. “But isn't there a sexual aspect to this?” he asked. “That's what I'm supposed to provide, isn't it? Blood and pleasure?”

Jamie's crudeness made both Lucien and Midan flinch. “Not really,” Midan started. “You don't have to have sex with us. This isn't a sex based relationship.”

“Though sex with you would not be bad,” Lucien reassured. Midan sent him a pointed look this time and Lucien shrugged with a guilty smile.

“Good. Because I want sex only after I fall on love with someone.”

The statement sent both Lucien and Midan into shock, forcing them to stop their thoguhts.

“Love?” they both asked simultaneously.

Jamie didn't look up as he tried to hide the blush. “Yeah, you know, the warm feeling you get when you look at somebody. The way you'll do anything for that other person. Love is blind and all that nonsense.”

Lucien grinned and looked up at Midan, who held the same grin.

“Do you love anyone?” Midan asked.

“Do you know this from personal experience?”

When Jamie was silent, they pushed on. “It seems that our little Jamie is in love,” Midan teased.

“But I wonder with who?”

Midan leaned over the table and lifted Jamie's head by the chin. “Does your love feel anything like this?” He leaned down to capture Jamie's lips with his and quickly pulled back.

“Or how about this?” Lucien asked as he moved to give Jamie his own kiss.

“Exactly.”
