8/4 Lost control multiple times. Punching wall. Threatening candle stick. Yelling in my face. Pushed. Whipped with a blanket ( stinging neck ) slapped really hard in the thigh with a shoe because I asked for the 20th time to not walk on my yoga mat with shoes on. (Developing swollen pink bruise, very tender) Power games with the van title. he told me he wanted to kill me. Blah blah wtf
