It hit me the other day that this week was the 7th anniversary of Ray's death. I guess it is bothering me a bit more than I thought it would. It's caused me to look at my life and how it has changed over the 7 years and how I've pretty much come full circle since then. So, I called to set an appointment for a new asthma doctor. I want one closer to my home and work. Along with the hopes of staff who can give a freaking needle. So today I decided I needed to get out a bit since I cancelled my trip to Salem and I need to go back to work tomorrow. So, I need to work my lungs a bit so it is a little easier.
