The first day of practice was crazy from 1 to 4:30 we ran a lot did a some crazy thing were you have to go from station to station and you do none stop stuff till they say to to the next one and its long and none stop moving its crazy and if you do walk you have to do more and more so at 4:30 me and sam went to subway got food then went to his house i feel asleep did not even eat ahahah had to be back at the school at like 5:50 were on the field at 6:15 ran some more got home around 9:30 and that was my day
