A very good place to start.
Hello! Welcome to the official blog of Sunday in Dublin, a Memphis based trip-hop band formed by Buck Riley, Tim Freels, and Dani Carr. All three of us have music backgrounds, some vastly different (Dani's being steeped in musical theatre, while Buck and Tim follow a more diverse musical style) but they each love all kinds of music, especially trip-hop. When Tim heard Dani and Buck perform the song Fever at a cabaret sponsored by the theatre department at their university, all three realized that there was an incredible need to create a trip-hop band. Buck and Tim's trippy musical abilities combined with Dani's sultry voice gave them all the ammo required to begin their jump into trip-hop.
So. That's our background. Here's a little information on our band members.
Buck Riley ~ English Creative Writing major/Japanese minor; Bass and Guitar
Tim Freels ~ Japanese major/Psychology minor; Guitar and Bass
Dani Carr ~ Theatre Performance major/English minor; Vocals
As of right now, Buck and Tim write the music while Dani takes care of the lyrics and melody, with input from the two boys when the occasion calls for it. Buck and Tim also divide programming responsibilities between the two of them.
That's enough of the preliminary bullshit. From now on, this blog will be filled with updates about the band, scathing commentary, and enough sarcasm to fill the Grand Canyon twice. Enjoy!
P.S. Tim is a shithole.
