Yesteray was really really hott. I ran six miles and sweat out all of my fluids. My coach was like were going to go slow were not going to kill ourselves. Then were were doing 6:24 minute miles while in 96 degree heat and by the time i finised i had no more fluids.(That right ALL were gone)
I hung out with Travis and got something to eat @ Wendy's. I think Travis and I are growing apart. He's been my friend for 12 years but lately he has been doing stuff that not only am i not into but i really want to be around in the first place. I guess I've grown up a lot in the past couple of years and my interests have changed. I hope this is not the case
