I'm training someone new at work. It's very interesting, training someone, feels very influential. It's hard to know how to show and explain things to Sherry. I trained Lynn about a month ago, and at the time I didn't think we were very much alike, but now that I'm training Sherry, I see how Lynn and I think alike in a lot of ways. It's harder to see how Sherry is thinking.
Reminds me of why I wanted to teach. Does not make me want a classroom.
