I don't think I can make it through Walden. He sounds like a bit of an arrogant bastard.
I didn't make it through This Side of Paradise either.
This does not leave much hope for making it through Don Quixote. But since the person who gave it to me did not make it through, I think it'll be alright.
why looks (clothing/fashion/style/hair/makeup/natural beauty) really do count:
1. because people really do treat more beautiful people better. as we all have a natural attraction to beauty, this is almost ok.
2. because how you dress, style, and carry yourself says something about what you think and feel about yourself.
3. because how you dress, style, and carry yourself says something about what you think and feel about others.
4. because it is a part of yourself and your personality. It is a part of what you present to the world, just as you present your mind and spirit, you also present your body.
all said, I hate my outfit today, to hell with it.
