Big time fabric help needed!!!!!
Ok, this is driving me NUTS!
I have my Caska ball gown (Berserk) costume sitting in my closet ready to be finished for the longest time now, and I can't find the right fabric to finish it with!
I need one of those fabric that has pleats in it. You know the kind I'm talking about? I don't know what it's called, but have you seen those dresses that sell in stores like Forever 21 and Wet seal that have pre-pleated skirts to them? It's that sort of thing I need, in pink.
I'm willing to go through the pain of pleating my own fabric then seeing if I can get it to stay, but I love the texture and look of pre=pleated fabric much more.
And because of disability purposes, I need to make myself more ballgown type costumes (easy to hide splints and knee braces under. Also very easy to just sit there and pose while the photographers, attracted to all the nice fabric come running to where you're sitting to take photos of you, instead of wasting what little energy you have running to them. :P )
