Yes, just a typical summer thunderstorm front moving through. Flooding rain, lightning, wind, maybe hail for a bit--then within an hour, most all gone (except for the rain, now gentle, thankfully). We've been getting them nearly every day. Our grass has never looked so lush and thick, and our tomatoes are going nuts! Meanwhile, tho, I stay off the main computer while the lightning bolts are flying...will use the laptop on battery. BTW--http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/city.html?n=263 I am on EDT currently (eastern daylight time) and the same time as Washington, DC, so here's the clock and info for you to keep track. I use it for yours!

LOL! That made my morning, truly. I laughed out loud several times, both at Jim's blunt and rather colorful summaries, and your description of Spock's corresponding facial expressions.

"No death, no disease, an easy solution, and lots of sex. Sounds like a great mission outcome to me."

One of the great Kirk fanfic quotes and shall go down in infamy. Someone so needs to put that on an icon. :-)

LOL! I'm so glad it made you laugh! The *article* in the paper made me laugh! All I could hear as I was reading it was Spock saying those things. HA.

And of course you *know* you inspired the title. LOL
