Take your base

Duplicate base. Set to screen (it varies on each picture, for this icon I skipped this step totally)

Layer - New Adjustment Layer - Selective Color
Reds -100, 0, 100, 0
Yellows 100, 0, -100, 0
Neutrals 20, 0, -10, 0



Layer - New Adjustment Layer - Selective Color

Reds -100, 0, 100, 0
Yellows -100, 0, 100, 0
Neutrals 20, 0, -10, 0



Fill with D1D1D2 (grey color) and setting it to Color Burn 100%


Layer --> New Adjustment Layer --> New Hue/Saturation Layer
Saturation +10 (don’t touch the other 2)



New Fill Layer -

Fill with FDE7B8 and set to Multiply (about) 20%



And you are done! Flatten image and all is well!
