Musical Theatre Geek Out Time
I've just downloaded the soundtrack to "Love Never Dies", which is the sequel to my favourite musical ever, "Phantom of the Opera". And let me tell you, I am CRAZY excited for this show. It's opening in New York in November and I'm considering (quite seriously) flying out for a weekend to see it just because I'm in love with the cast and I desperately want to see them. Especially with Ramin Karimloo, the man playing the Phantom. Guh. That's all I can say.
Anyways, I'm currently listening to it all the way through and the plot is just....wow. It's like my every theory coming into reality. :P I've read reviews where they complain about certain characters, but to me, these shifts in characterization make total sense. Probably because I'm crazy, but....wow.
I don't want to spoil anything for anyone, but....it's amazing. And the music is awesome. And I can't wait until I can see the actual show.
