Worse. Sex scene. EVER

Last season had Maryann and her Dionysian orgy-zombie cult and the white wedding from Hell which involved egg licking, human sacrifice, and bulls maiming people.
Last episode had Nazi werewolves. And the most recent one featured Bill having horrifying hate-sex with his maker during which he twisted her neck all the way around and then her spitting up blood and proclaiming her love for him. Yes, its just as bizarre as it sounds. And oh man, is Sookie going to have a bitch-fit when she finds out. And then she'll become more insane and silly than she usually is and it will be awesome!
I'm starting to think the only sense of peace and normalcy there is to be had are the scenes between Sookie and Eric who are actually rather sweet lately. Or as sweet as it can possibly get when the guy eats a werewolf that's trying to kill you, apologizes for making a mess, and then helps you bury the body. If I have learned anything from reading the novels nothing strengthens the bonds of friendship more than covering up a murder.
And he leaves an arrangement! I think that was more for Sookie's peace of mind than anything else. Still, its the thought that counts. S1 Eric would have totally been a d-bag about it.
Oh and Jessica and Hoyt are totally my Ship of the Hour for this series, at least until Sookie/Bill (or Sookie/Eric, I'm not picky) get their shiznit together. She's a newly made vampire and still has too much of her humanity left in her that she can be bratty, naive, vulnerable like any teenager. And Hoyt is just so sweet and eager and willing to believe the best in her and that love can save them both. It broke my heart in episode two to see her slam the door in his face and he's on the other side, pleading with her and kicking the door while she's crying tears of blood. I want desperately for them to work out but it looks like this season, Jessica's dark side is finally going to catch up with her if that ahem, secret under her floorboard is any indication. Also, the fact that she has been sleeping beside it every night? EWWW.
The squick factor in this show is off the charts, yo. And I totally can't wait until the next ep.
