Your friends won't let me join. They'll only let me join if I have good pictures, which I don't...and letting someone join because of looks is pretty fucking shallow. And someone said my music taste wasn't emo enough but I basically like all the bands you like, maybe I didn't post them, iunno...but still, that's close-minded and stupid. Buriedinblack likes a lot of non-emo bands...that doesn't seem to matter.

They were one of the first 5 to apply and me and Chelsea founded the community....so those were auto acceptions....It's a rating community. Based on looks and personality...If you can't take rejection don't apply...also it's called "findingem0_x"...so you think you'd be a bit emo if you were applying. And you didn't read the rules! Someone joining who didn't follow rules, doesn't show any sign of emo except like 2 bands and doesn't have pictures wouldn't be accepted. Sorry. Maybe if you fix the LJ-Cut and subject line and put some pics our votes will change...plus...you weren't rejected yet.

Ok, but I like lots of emo bands, I just happen to like other types of music too...and just because I like other types of music too doesn't mean I don't have any emo in me.

Oh, this isn't about you...like you said before, it's a community for judgeing people on their looks and personality. It just doesn't seem appealing anymore. There's enough rejection going on in the world and being rejected by people who roughly have the same interests and such because of your looks and personality hurts...and I'm just tired of it. Iunno, I thought the community would be more along the lines of music instead of judgeing...
