Today's (wait, no, yesterday) been one of those days that just make you go What the fuck?
So, I've decided that through my note-writing, I am able to predict certain events. Carmen, if you haven't figured out what that note means yet, do so, and you might have a laugh.
Surely, this happens to the best of us. See, when I visit my father in Peru, I usually take with me a few packs of green apple juice powder (it's that good). Last summer, however, I forgot to get some. So, I recently asked him if he could send some, and he said he would. Today, a packet with my name on it arrives. And you know, I'm expecting my juice to be in it. Instead, I get--and I am so not making this up--an empty Ramen noodle soup cup which was supposed to be shipped to Guatemala. But everything's been solved now and I'm supposed to get my own packet tomorrow.
Anyway, Guatemalan soup cups aside, my mother and stepfather recently came back from New York. Today, over the phone, my mother tells me to look in her bag for a little gift, so I go look and I'm like, "Oh snap, Bob Dylan's No Direction Home: The Soundtrack." So far, I've only listened to the first CD, and it's great.
OMG FIFA SOCCER 06.
Long entry done.
