So long sweet summer...
So it's been awhile. Looots of things going on lately...the month of August has been sooo sweet, and i'm bummed that it'll be over soon. But sunday is my birthday!! I can't belive i'm going to be 19. That seems pretty grown up to me...being 20 in a year is REAL scary.
Finally got all settled in the dorm, i had been staying at my sisters and going to work from 9-5 for about a week before i could move in the dorm. Oh, so for some reason when my mom gets on AOL in muskegon it signs me on to aim. So, if you've been talking to me and im not responding, it's b/c i'm not really there. Sorry, hopefully it'll work out once i get my computer all hooked up in the dorm (i think i left a necessary cable in the duplex..RIP).
Last night me and Harry took a long trek out to beal street, met up with laura and chrissy and most of the people of our graduating mona shores class, and saw Dustin Gladden's band play. Jaded Reason kicks ass, it was soooo fun. Plus I talked to Drew Neymick about how i used to always watch him play basketball with Drew Barker. I don't know if you know this, but he's kind of a big deal. Later we met up with Tom-he is my new brother and greatest friend i've made in EL-and his friend Adler-hott, want to touch the hiney-and went to Scotty Bub's...it was okay, but another real long walk. Then tommy stayed in the dorm, and woke me up waaay too early :(
Today i went and got my hair cut and bought my school supplies at Meijer-42 cents, what's up. Now me and Harry are about to hit up saturday afternoon naps then maybe take me on my fist caf trip for dinner :)
Welcome Week has been way fun so far...got real drunk Thursday and last night, most likely will tonight as well. It's so crazy having 6457483266475 million people all over campus after such laid back summer...but what can ya do. Saw Brian L last night while walking, then got a call from him a little later, which was nice b/c we really haven't talked in months. I'm glad things are good wih him, and that he and i aren't weird around each other anymore. Lots has been going on this summer, with me and everyone...i'd love to catch up with everyone asap, i hope that happens!
oh yah, and tomorrow's my birthday :)
